How has it been since you watched our PPAP video? I hope it has not changed your perception of me forever! :D
Some of my friends and our customers asked me why I do that video. They said it made me looked really silly.
So I asked them if they felt warmer and closer to Pita Pit, and if our crew felt more like friends to them instead of mere servers... They agreed.
This is what I've set out to achieve so that you will feel that we're not just another restaurant.
But these aren't possible if not for these 3 things...
First, the values that I've learnt during my RSAF days. Yes, the spirit of working together as 1 crew in 1 force serving 1 purpose that's far larger than all of us combined (certainly larger than me :D ) inspired me a lot in managing Pita Pit.
Second, my 2 daughters and lovely wife. I love to spend time with them because they give me the drive, determination and audacity to fight on each and every day!
Third, my front and backend teams at Pita Pit. Just like flying a helicopter, many people think that only 1 pilot is all it takes. But there is no way I alone can make Pita Pit work on my own. I owe the success of the restaurant today to every one of our team member!
Going forward, we have lined up a series of activities and events for you. You will be seeing contests, promotions and something else that you'll never think of us doing (maybe another PPAP video? :D ).
But I still like to ask for your advice on how to make the Pita Pit even better, friendlier and more appealing.
What do you want to see happen at Pita Pit so that you have to pay us a visit?
Thanks for reading and I look forward to your comments.
