We type this letter with an extremely heavy heart.
Due to the dipping economy, we are now a statistic and will be forced to shut. We are lodging an appeal to the landlord to permit us to extend our tenure at CT Hub.
As many of you might have already noticed, the number of diners have dwindled to less than 5 or 6 tables on any good session, compared to earlier. With so many long weekends this year, we were literally empty on those weekends.
Fingers crossed that the Landlord are kind enough to grant us an extension. It's not that the Landlord is bad or evil. They have been nice and helpful, it's just that with bad sales, we aren't able to keep up with the rental payments.
We'd like to thank each and everyone of you, for your past patronage and most importantly, your confidence in our products and brand.
We have listened to your requests, made changes, created promotions but the big kahuna out there isn't guiding enough traffic to dine here. We tried to be transparent when the supply prices dropped, we dropped the menu prices too. We thought that we could share the love.
We had a good run. We sleep well every night, knowing that we have such awesome buddies. As mentioned in the past, we are the envy of many establishments, as the fans we have, are awesome.
Last day of operations will be this coming Sunday. We will be operating from 12pm till 9pm, with no breaks in between.
Fingers crossed that we are able to make enough to cover the rent and hopefully, the Landlord might grant us a stay.
We love you. :)
